1. Wait 2-3 business days, sometimes shipping carriers might have a system glitch and most of the time, packages will turn up in 2-3 days after it says "delivered".
2. We will verify the shipping address with you.
- If the address is incorrect due to your mistake. We unfortunately will not be responsible for the lost package. We recommend you trying to retrieve the package from the incorrect address, or contact the shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
- If the address is correct, we will file a ticket with the shipping carrier and resend you your package. You will need to assist us and the shipping carrier in the investigation process of the location of the package.
