Vitae App FAQ

• Are all products available through the app?

  Yes! All products are available through the app. There will also be In-App Exclusive products that will only be available on the Vitae App.

• Can I download any of the app content (workouts, videos, recipes, journal prompts)

  The only app content available for download would be the journal prompts. Hold down the image and "Add to Photos". Unfortunately, the other app content will only be available through our exclusive Vitae App.

• Can I use my discount code and a gift card on my order?

  Proceed to cart. At the top of the cart page look for " Apply Discount" & "Apply GiftCard" Click on the button and enter your valid discount code and E-GiftCard code. Please note: only one discount code per transaction.

• Does my cart automatically save even if I leave the app?

  Yes, cart items will be maintained in the app until you manually remove them or inventory is gone.

• How can I access the Vitae App in another language?

  The language of the app is set by the device setting. Please note there are limitations and only certain native app wording will be translated to your device language.

• How do I turn off or on app notifications?

  Turning on - You can turn on notifications by navigating to the app menu > notifications. From there you should see the option to ‘enable notification’. • I can't see products or content that I'm supposed to see, why is that?

  Sometimes the Vitae Apparel app is updated and the updates haven’t loaded properly to your phone. This can happen when you are running the Vitae Apparel app in the background. Please force close the app and restart it, and the content will appear!
