Can I exchange an item?

Vitae Apparel will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused item(s) that meets the following criteria:

  • NOT a final sale item (all sales 40% and over or underwear are final sales)
  • Does NOT have custom initials on them
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains, or are dirtied in any way.  A fee of up to CAD$10 may be charged if the item is stained or damaged and a $5 fee for all missing tags.
  • Submit your request within 7 days after your package was delivered and ship out the item(s) within 15 days after your package was delivered.   Please note: Customers can only exchange merchandise for a store credit
  • If you choose a lower value item, the rest of your gift card will be used towards your taxes.
  • Store credits will be in the form of a gift card without an expiry date.
  • Store credit may be used over more than one transaction if any extra $ amount remains unused during your first transaction.

We will send you a return label (Canada and US customers only) - 1 free label per order (additional return will be at your discretion)

If you are outside of North America, you are responsible for your return shipping fees.
Vitae Apparel will not accept any packages with custom fees so please make sure the return package will be processed by your country's postal service only as
“ Canadian goods returning back to Canada” to avoid customs/duties charges.
All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties charge will be rejected and returned to you. Please indicate that the package is an exchange/return.
