How do I exchange?

1. Head to our Return Center HERE

Follow these steps:

  • Enter your Order Number and Email associated with your order.
  • If either information is incorrect, you will get a message : Incorrect order no./email.

Please make sure all information is correct. If you forgot which email you used, check your order confirmation email. If you are still having trouble, contact us: customer@vitaeapparel.com including your Order Number and Full Name.

  • Select the items you would like to exchange/return for store credit.
  • Choose the reason why you would like to exchange/return and add any additional notes you have
  • If it is a faulty item, please select "exchange". You are required to upload photos as well, 1 picture that shows the issue and 1 picture that shows the entire product *with the tag still attached.*
  • Choose Refund to store credit                                                 
  • Wait for our approval for your Return & Exchange request
  • Allow 1-2 business days for approval, we will send you the instructions on how to send your items back once it's approved.

1. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers, and all internal packaging material must be in original condition and tag still attached. Please carefully inspect your item(s) as you may be charged a fee of up to CAD$10 if the item is stained or damaged.

2. Your returning package must be dropped off at your local post office within 15 days upon delivery date.

3. Include a piece of paper in the return package with your order number and full name.

4. We’ll send you a free return label after approval of your request

5. Head to your local post shop to ship your return items back* - instructions will be sent to you once your return/exchange request is approved.

Shipments sent from outside of North America (Canada/US)  must be processed by the country's postal service only as *“ Canadian goods returning back to Canada”** to avoid customs/duties charges. All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties charge will be rejected and returned to the customer. Please indicate that the package is an exchange/return.

Store credit or the new item(s) will be issued or shipped within 3 days of receiving your exchange and after item has been inspected.
