Can I return my order for a refund?

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1, Items purchased with a promo code or on sale cannot be returned, store credit, or Exchanges only.
2, Underwear are final sale and cannot be returned
3, Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains, or are dirtied in any way.
NB: A fee of up to CAD$10 per item may be charged if item is stained or damaged and a $5 fee for all missing tags - please carefully inspect your items before sending them back.
4, Be returned with original tags, packaging, and hygienic liner intact and unaltered.
5, Have the request to return to your original payment method submitted within 4 days of your package's delivery date.
6, Be dropped off at your local post office within 15 days of your delivery date.

Please note: A CAD$12 flat fee for shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose to get a store credit for the full value of your order (no fee deducted)

  • We will send you a return label once your request has been approved (Canada & US only - 1 free label per order - additional returns will be at your discretion)

If you are outside of North America (Canada & US), we will NOT accept any packages with custom fees so please make sure the return package will be processed by your country's postal service only as “ Canadian goods returning back to Canada” to avoid customs/duties charges.

All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties charge will be rejected and returned to you. *Please indicate that the package is an exchange/return.*
