You have up to 7 days to contact us after the delivery date of your shipment.
Please head to our Return Center and follow the steps!
- Enter your Order Number and Email associated with your order.
- If either information is incorrect, you will get this screen:
- Please make sure all information is correct. If you forgot which email you used, check your order confirmation email. If you are still having trouble, contact us: email@example.com including your Order Number and Full Name.
- Select the item that you've received that is faulty or damaged
- Choose the reason why you would like to exchange your faulty item and add any additional notes you have If it is a faulty item, please select "Poor quality / Faulty" or " Items damaged / Faulty upon arrival" depending on your situation. You are required to upload photos as well, 1 picture that shows the issue and 1 picture that shows the entire product with the tag still attached. Without photos, we will NOT be able to approve your request.
- Choose "Replace with the same item"
- Please add in the comments section which item you would like your faulty item to be replaced with. This should be the exact same item unless we are currently out of stock in your size for that item. If we are out of stock on our website, then please write in your second option that is currently in stock in your size.
- Please submit your request but note that because this item is faulty or damaged we will not ask you to return this item to us. You can ignore the "How Will you Send The Item?" because, with your request submission, we have the pictures attached to your return request that we can pass along to our manufacturers so the item is yours to keep!
- Wait for our approval for your Exchange request for the faulty or damaged item
- Allow 1-2 business days for approval, we will send you the instructions on how to receive your replacement item as soon as possible.
